Prime Track: Prime Track service provides a guaranteed next or second business day delivery across all the cities in India for valuable shipments.
Express Standard: Trackon Tracking ensures express standard deliveries at an optimal cost via air, rail, and road.
Air Express Cargo: Air Express Cargo is for shipments weighing more than 100 kgs across all the cities in India.
Surface Express Cargo: Surface Express Cargo is for heavy shipments that require special arrangements, such as big vehicles and other equipment.
2. Value-Added Services (VAS)
Risk Cover/ Risk Surcharge: Risk cover or risk surcharge is like insurance that covers the holder for the value of shipment in case of any damaged shipment.
To Pay: To Pay facility is provided to the contractual customers from where we collect freight charges from the consignee or receiver instead of the sender or consignor.
Cash on delivery / DOD: Customers can collect the value of their shipment from the consignee or receiver at the time of delivery. This service is only available for their corporate or credit clients.
