Does StarTrack do one-off deliveries?
No, star track does not.

How can I get my item redelivered or redirected?
You can have your parcels redelivered to an alternative address. For this, go to the Missed Delivery tool, fill an online form and get your parcels redelivered.

Why has my item been returned to the sender?
Star Track holds an item for up to 10 business days. In case of an attempted delivery without success, the item will be returned to the sender.
