It is the most economical way to send parcels, gifts, letters overseas. You can deliver up to 2 kg to your desirable destinations via ordinal mail. You can either choose Airmail or cost-effective Surface Mail to send abroad.
Speed Post International Delivery
Speed post international delivery is the fastest way of sending shipments overseas. Their delivery covers almost 220 countries worldwide including USA, Germany and UK. You can also track speed post here.
Registered Service (International)
Items up to 2kg can be shipped via registered service (international). This service is also a Sign-For service that requires a signature. This service is also a good choice for personal items which need special handling.
Registered service (Domestic)
Mail items are delivered to the letterbox along with the tracking number via registered service (domestic). For unsuccessful delivery, doorstep delivery is also available. In case of missed doorstep delivery, Singapore Post holds an item for the next five days from the last delivery date. After 5 working days, Singapore post returns the shipment to the sender. How do I inquire about my Registered mail?
In order to enquire about the registered mail, you will have to provide a copy of the posting receipt, registered tracking number, details of content, sender and addresses details, and a letter from the addressee. An inquiry will be raised only if the addressee has confirmed non-receipt. Please allow the following time frame after date posting before submitting an inquiry:
a) Local to Local – After seven working days from the date of posting.
b) Local to Overseas (via Air) – After 18 working days from the date of posting.
c) Local to Overseas (via Surface) – After eight weeks of posting.
The Overseas Postal Administration takes two months or 60 days to respond to your inquiry. Therefore, all inquiries must be made within six months from the date of posting.

For an international receiving address, the maximum liability of Singapore Post is Limited to Singapore Dollars Sixty-Eight (S$68.00) per item.
How does a sender reclaim a registered mail that has been unsuccessfully delivered to both the addressee and the sender?
The sender may mail, email, or fax the form and contact customer care.
What should be done in case of a signed delivery receipt?
