The Courier Guy Tracking & Services
Same Day Express:
Consignments must be at their destination on the same day of their collection and are considered urgent. Delivery can be arranged within 90 minutes after the collection, provided the consignment is ready after 11:00 am but before 3:00 pm.
Same Day Express (Late):
The shipments that are extremely late but are essential and must be at their destinations within the same day are shipped via this service. Please consider that this service is susceptible to the shipments being ready at 3:00 pm, and delivery is made within 90 minutes after the collection.
Local Overnight Courier Bag:
Ensure your parcel fits inside the TCG provided flyer bag and is sealed. IMPORTANT: This service requires consignments to be collected by 11:00 am the same day.
Overnight Courier:
Overnight Courier provides the Next Business Day delivery by 11:00 am. This service is applicable for major centres, including Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, Pretoria, etc.
IMPORTANT: If you need your shipments to be at your doorsteps within a specific time frame. Please let the courier guy know by clearly stating this under the remarks section on the waybill, mentioning the time it must be delivered.
Economy:
The shipments that are not time-sensitive and cannot be sent via express/ airfreight. The standard transit times may vary from 36-hour service to 120 hours.
Special Projects:
This service applies to advertising promotion, high-tech mobile displays and prize distribution.
Normal Air:
This service applies to those shipments which are heavy, bulky and are not time bound. Delivery is usually made within 24 to 36 hours. The regional centres take 48 to 96 hours to deliver the shipment, depending on the situation. Kindly collaborate with the Courier Guy Office before sending your shipment away.
Local Same Day Courier Bag:
Please ensure that package must be fit inside a TCG provided flyer bag and set the seal on.
Same Day Economy:
Same-day economy service delivers semi-urgent shipments that require delivery on the same day of their collection. This service is subjected to delivery by 11:00 am of the same day.
Same day Express- SIZZLING:
This service is for the highly urgent shipments at their destination on the same day of their collection. Please consider that this service applies to the major centres. Moreover, this service is subject to the availability of commercial airline flights.
