With the opening of the first mail center, the new International Economy Courier Service was launched. CourierPost started to reward their customers with Fly Buys.
In 2009 CourierPost reached the next level and opened a new state of the art 22,000 meters Operations Centre. It increases the capacity of handling parcels, so one can easily send or receive shipments without any delay. And in 2013, they launch New Zealand Post Global Logistics business to help people send packages internationally. It also helped businesses and people who want to market and sell their products internationally. Also, the world is going towards eCommerce, so it was a beneficial service for many people.
After all this, they give the option to the addressee to change the delivery address and change the type of service. They also collaborated with Australian Post to cover all the world.
In 2016 3 Boeing 737-400 freighter aircraft was added to the air network fleet. It was a big addition to the New Zealand Post, and it increased their capacity to the next level. Besides this, they also increase the parcel collection center, so it is easy for everyone to use their service to send parcels.
