Merchandise and documents are delivered via Express Mail, covering almost 230 countries including India, Australia, and the USA. Express Mail Service has the following features as it provides:

The Flexipack International
E-commerce and packages are delivered via the Flexipack International Service by covering almost 200 companies like ebay etc globally. To avail of this service, you should get a prepaid box, pack, or envelope. After the packing of shipping items, drop the Flexipack at any Malaysian Post Branch.

Does Post Malaysia overcharge for the EMS Service once resume?
Other than the 15 % handling surcharge and 15% fuel surcharge, an additional surcharge of 30% will apply.
Why Malaysia Post takes an additional surcharge?
The purpose of the additional surcharge is to accommodate the rise in commercial air freight cost and necessary air network adjustments, for example, in case of a pandemic.
