What is my flash express shipment/tracking number? And what does it do?

This allows you to see the real-time location and the current status of your flash parcel, including Delivery date & time. We also do Thailand post and expeditor tracking. You need to enter the 14 Digits code, and then by clicking the track button you will be able to know the exact status of your parcel.
Like most companies in our neighborhood, the tracking number consists of 11-15 characters, including alphabets and numbers.

What will happen if I am not at home?

If your flash express parcel has been sent to a service that requires a signature at the specified delivery address and there is no one at home, the driver will leave a calling card. Where the sender of your parcel has provided your mobile number or email address, we will send you a notification confirming this.

Is there a maximum weight and size?

Yes, the parcel should be no heavier than 20 kg and no bigger than 120 x 90 x 60 cm.
